You can also receive this error message: Error(3/17): Unable to start VA, setup shared queue, or VA gave up shared queue. My guess is some minor changes in tcpip security in either the O/S hotfixes or VPN security hotfixes on the corporate router side may account for this. Setup can be a little hairy, but I found a quickstart tutorial on the web and got everything squared away in about an hour.
