THe message comes up saying: Callback DLL not found. Some were upgraded from Windows and Exchange 2000 and some were fresh installs of 2003 but all get this error. In both cases I got the same jcp.dll error. It happens exactly as explained here except I have JCB.DLL in the correct folder and even moved it to c:\windows\system32 and it still doesn't work.
