Try these, it really won't hurt your system. If that is the case, delete the iexplore.exe in C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer and copy/paste one from the ie7 folder. I would suggest taking it in to get it professionally fixed. Internet Explorer Not Opening Windows 10 It cannot be removed. I had taken a backup while deleting the folders and i even placed it where ever it was before installation.
